The Human Resource Management Associate organized an opportunity for students to participate as food servers at a kitchen that supports the homeless. Six students and staff served food to homes clients of the Lansing Michigan Community Kitchen on April 19, 2011.

Charity Auction was to benefit CureSeach, the childhood cancer foundation. Approximately 80 students and 20 faculty/staff participated in this event.

Food Fight was to benefit the Mid-Michigan Food Bank which is a network foodbank of Feeding America. Approximately 140 students participated in the various Food Fight Events and $28,265 was raised in cash and food equivalents.
